Welcome to Tech World Net Cafe & Digital Seba Kendra. By accessing our website or visiting our center, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

We act as a service provider/intermediary for various online tasks including PAN Card applications, Aadhaar services, Voter ID updates, Travel Booking (IRCTC, Flights), and other Government to Citizen (G2C) and Business to Citizen (B2C) services.

2. User Responsibility

• Customers must provide accurate, true, and valid documents for any online application.
• We are not responsible for the rejection of applications by the respective Government authorities due to document mismatch or policy violations.
• Customers must verify their details before final submission of any form. Once submitted, changes may not be possible.

3. Payments & Pricing

• Our pricing includes base service charges, applicable Govt. fees, and GST.
• We accept cash, UPI, and online payments via the Razorpay Payment Gateway.
• In case of online transactions, your bank/UPI details are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your financial credentials.

4. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide timely services, but we do not guarantee server uptimes of Government portals (e.g., UIDAI, NSDL, IRCTC). Delays caused by third-party servers are beyond our control.
