Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Tech World Net Cafe, we strive to provide the best digital services. Please read our cancellation and refund policies carefully before making any payment via Cash or Razorpay Payment Gateway.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Before Submission: If you wish to cancel an online form fill-up or application, you must notify us before the final submission is made to the respective Government/Authority portal. In this case, 100% of the amount will be refunded.
• After Submission: Once an application is successfully submitted and the Government/Authority fee is paid, the order CANNOT be cancelled.
• Travel Tickets (IRCTC/Flights): Cancellation of tickets is subject to the rules of IRCTC or the respective Airlines. Our service charge/commission is non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy (Razorpay Online Payments)

• If a service gets rejected due to a technical error from our end, we will initiate a full refund.
• If the payment gets deducted from your bank account via Razorpay but fails to update in our system, the amount will automatically be refunded to your original payment method by your bank within 3 to 5 business days.
• For manual refunds initiated by Tech World Net Cafe for online payments, the amount will be credited back to your original source account (UPI/Bank Account) via Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days.
• No cash refunds will be provided for online transactions.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Govt fees, Challan amounts, IRCTC Tatkal tickets (if charting is done), and our base service charges (once the labor/work is completed) are strictly non-refundable.
