Tech World Net Cafe collects basic personal information such as Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, and specific Government ID copies required strictly for completing your requested online services.
Documents uploaded through our website are stored in Google Drive. Documents needed for your requested service may also be submitted to the relevant Government portals. We DO NOT use your data for marketing, nor do we sell it to third parties.
For online payments, we use the highly secure Razorpay Payment Gateway. Tech World Net Cafe does not collect, capture, or store your UPI PIN, Credit/Debit Card numbers, or Bank Account details. All transactions are encrypted and processed by Razorpay directly.
Uploaded documents may remain in Google Drive after your service is completed. To request deletion, contact our support desk. Customers can upload, view and download documents through the portal; document deletion is managed by the shop administrator.
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal records or transaction history from our customer portal system at any time by contacting our support desk.
